All Martial Arts Classes are $35.00/month. No Uniform Required for Beginners. First Class is Free. Special Rates for Open Gym. Bob

Tae Kwon Do
& Mixed Martial Arts

Kids Class
Ages 4 - 9
Mondays 5:30 - 6:30
Adult / Family Class
All Ages Welcome (kids under 9 MUST be enrolled with parent or guardian in the family class)
Mondays 6:30 - 7:30

Tai Chi

6 years and older (adults too; kids under 9 must be enrolled with parent or guardian)
