Current Schedule of Classes:
KARATE / MARTIAL ARTS
Tuesdays
5:30 - 6:30 : KIDS Karate (Tae Kwon Do, General Pysical Education Skill Building)
6:30 - 7:30 : Adult/Family Karate (Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Kung Fu, More)
7:30 - 8:30 : Open Gym (Open to all belts who want to achieve black belt even faster)
THE BREAK
Tuesdays
7:30 - 8:30 : "The Break" - Fighting, Climbing, Free Running and Extreme Sports Club
BOY'S GYMNASTICS (power tumbling)
Thursdays
Time TBA : Boy's Gymnastics and Power Tumbling (floor, bar, valut, rings, etc.)
MUSIC LESSONS
Lesson availability is EXTREMELY limited. Call 308-352-8126 or 308-287-2595 to schedule a lesson time.

DANCE
Fridays
4:00 - 5:00 : Teen Dance (ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop)
5:00 - 6:00 : Ages 3-6
6:00 - 7:00 : Ages 7 - 11 (ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop)

ART
Art classes for kids and/or adults are available and various times through the year. Please call us for more information.
